Change password file authentication

The authentication method determines how your databases are encrypted. You can choose to use only a master password, only a key file, or both together. There is no "best" authentication method. A very long and complex master password may provide "better" protection than a weak master password combined with an easily accessible key file.

You can also change the authentication method later. In this video, we show you how.
